Fee Schedule

The Australian Psychological Society recommended hourly fee for psychologists is $254 per consultation.

Our Current Fees:

​

Consultation with a Clinical Psychologist        $230

Consultation with a General Psychologist       $190

Consultation with a Sexologist                         $150 (no Medicare rebate available)

Consultation with a Counsellor                        $130 (no Medicare rebate available)

Consultation with an Intern                               $90  (no Medicare rebate available)

If a GP Mental Health Care Plan is in place then you may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. 

 

The current Medicare Rebate for a Clinical Psychologist is $126.50 (leaving an out of pocket cost of $103.50).  

The current Medicare Rebate for a General Psychologist is $84.80 (leaving an out of pocket cost of $105.20).

Fees can be paid by credit card, EFTPOS or cash.

If you have Private Health Cover then you may be able to make a claim from your provider however this will depend on your provider and your level of cover.

Fees for assessments and report preparation vary depending on the number of tests required, the number of face-to-face hours required, and the length of the written report.  For additional information about these costs please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

​

We value your time and ours and our policy asks clients to change or cancel 3 working days in advance of your appointment. This allows us time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a cancellation fee.
